Didn't have any luck getting an answer in Microsoft forums, I'll try here.

This just started one day. My wife and I share a laptop. We have separate
log-ins and we both have admin rights. Her log-in icon has disappeared and
it now comes up as "other user", but her login info doesn't work.
If I go to users accounts I can open her account, and as long as I hibernate
and not shut down, her icon remains.
In user accounts it shows 3 accounts, both ours and Guest which is not
turned on.

Not totally sure when this started because she doesn't use the laptop that
often and I just usually just stay logged in. I hate to roll back all of
the updates. I use Acronis and did a recovery from a week ago but it did
same thing.
Any ideas?

Did it, still have the same "other user" icon and hers is not found. Have
to go to my page and open her login.
