old timer on net but Mozilla newbie

It might suggest what an old timer I am in that I was into computers
before the Internet existed.

I have just started using Moziila, but many of the tricks my old
e-mail program (OE) and web browser (IE) had are no longer there, or
located elsewhere. I am seeking a good basic guide to using Mozilla
Mail and their web browser. Does anyone here have any suggestions?
