I am trying to enable SmartNavigation on a page that resides in a frame.
When I set it to True, it doesn't work. I have tried setting it both in the
page directive and also in the code behind using me.smartnavigation = True.
Neither one works. I need to keep the page from jumping back to the top when
a user clicks on one of the buttons on the page. Anyone know why this
doesn't work?
