How can I use tk or gtk?

Hi, all.
I am a newbie for Ruby Programming.
I'd like to design a TK/GTK application, but when I run my program, my
computer will show the error message:
This application can not run, because it can not find the 'tk84.dll',
re-install the application may solve this problem.

What can I do?
