Hi Vishesh,

You'll want to get Visual SourceSafe as the version control system. Each
developer gets the latest version from VSS and works locally on their
machine. When their code is ready, they check it in and make it available to
the others.

Working local is the only way multiple developers can debug at the same time
because debugging takes total control of the IIS machine's processing.
