We are doing clear-arp-cache for every 2-hours in cisco catalyst 6513 core-switch.Then only the client users are able to ping and able to access the internet. we have done IOS upgradation also for resolving this. But the issue has been not resolved. Please send us the information to solve this problem.
--> why the client users are not able to access the Internet while not using the Clear-arp- cache for every 2-hours.
--> why when doing clear-arp-cache only they can ping and they can able to access the internet.
