Problem with junk mail controls...

I'm using Mozilla 1.4, Windows 2000. A few days ago, it randomly
crashed. It complained about a filter pointing to an invalid folder, so
I made the filter move to the folder again (apparently, crashing makes
it think valid folders are invalid). Now, it's marking things as junk
but not moving them to the junk folder. I've tried going into the junk
mail controls, but no account is selected. When I try to select one, it
stays at no selection. The junk mail settings appear to be right in
about:config. Anyone have any idea what's wrong?
