Yes! I am experiencing the exact same problem. I have a
pretty new system running windows XP. Installed Mozilla 1.4 and
all was working fine. Now, for unknown reason it's broken and I have
exactly the problem you describe. I can no longer download anything.
In fact, if I click on Tools->Download Manager, absolutely nothing
happens.

Help! How can I start downloading again???
