How to unignore

Hi,

I am having a problem: there are several threads that I ignored that I
really want to follow now. The problem is that when I unignore them and
leave that newsgroup, they are ignored again when I return. Does anyone
know a fix or workaround for this. I am using Mozilla 1.4 for Linux.

If there is a way to get rid of all ignores for all newsgroups I would
be interested in learning how to do that as well. Thanks.
