error while loading page on local IIS

I get the following error when I try to load a website that I created using
Visual Web Developer Express:
You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the
credentials you supplied.

I am using .NET 2.0 and its not working like it's supposed to.

Please let me know what's going on.

Also make sure that you specify the full path to the Web Service.
