Reconstructing the .asmx file

hi guys

I did a backup of my WinApp, the WinApp made reference to a Webservice, but
I did not backup the virtual folder where the Webservice was located (files
..asmx, Global.asax)

I have the Reference.cs, Reference.map, MyWs.disco and MyWs.wsdl files
because those files where located at the WebReference folder.

My question : Is there a tool that allow me to reconstruct the MyWs.asmx file?
