web service access issue

Hi,

my web service is config to use windows authentication. My client is able to
access the web service as long as I put them in the local administrators
group of the IIS box. If I remove them out of administrators group, then they
get 401 access denied error. Has anyone seen this before ? How do I grant
them access to the web service without granting them administrators' access ?
