CacheDuration from Internet explorer

I ran into a bug identical to this one:

Unfortunately I cannot add to this original thread.
I have found that browsing the web service using Firefox delivers the
correctly cached results.

So I logged this bug:

Would appreciate it if anyone has any info on this one.
