Unable to read data from the transport connection

I run the web service in debug mode and set break at the first line of
codes. Then I run a web application to call the web service. When the
application called the web service, it breaks at the first line, but if I
hit F10, it throws error 'unable to read data from the transport
connection'. What do I need to do to fix it? Thanks
