Missing disco.exe and wsdl.exe

I have Visual Studio.NET, and am trying to learn Web Services. But, I
can't find disco.exe or wsdl.exe? Where can I get them?

Take a look in SDK\v1.1\Bin of your Visual Studio
installation directory.
