Howto: .NET 2.0: Render CSS StyleSheet in Visual Designer?

Hi,

I'm creating a web user control (.cs file) which renders a CSS
stylesheet link. It works fine when running the website, but how can I
have the stylesheet link be applied in Designer view so that all
content is displayed according to the CSS rules in Designer?
