Does anyone know of a way or a page that I could drop into my projects that
would show and list all of the CSS elements in my project?

I know it sounds trite, but I seem to waste alot of time near the end of the
project, just what I don't want to do, trying different CSS elements to adjust
look & feel.

Yes, that's an interesting idea. Have you been using TopStyle? It has a lot
of features and functionality you may find useful.
