Scientific Stat Component Package

I am interested in any recommendations that anyone might have on science
related statistical packages for ASP.NET development. Packages that might
include regression, Std Dev, Std Err, Relative Std Err, Mean and other
statistics along with some other scientific type statistics as well. Graphs
are not necessarily what I'm looking for, but if the package includes that,
would still take a look at it.
