Urgent - Right-To-Left problems with the Treeview control

Hi all,
I have a treeview control inside a <DIV> tag with the "dir" property set to
"rtl".
As a result the treeview control is indeed displayed as a Right-To-Left
control. The problem is with 2 parameters:
1. When a long-named item is selected, the treeview control auto scrolls to
the left and the user looses sight of the rest of the tree. How do I
prevent the control from doing that "auto-scroll"?
2. the right edge of long entry names is missing, like there is some kind of
margin or padding that "overwrites" the beginning of the entry name.

Thank you very much for your help
Oren.
