Why don't the web controls render correctly?

I'm developing an ASP.NET web application that uses the toolbar,
multipage and tabstrip IE web controls. When I browse to a page
containing these controls from the web server using IE6 they render
correctly, but when I browse from a client machine they do not render
properly. The toolbar doesn't appear at all, and the tabstrip only
shows the text for each tab.

Can anyone help me solve this problem?
