What the the correct syntax for NavigateUrl for the
following line of code?
<asp:hyperlink id="AnchorLink" Text="Print"
NavigateUrl = "test.aspx?id=" &
System.Web.HttpUtility.UrlEncode(textbox.Text)
runat=server/>

The application have the following restrictions:
1.User must enter a value to the textbox
2.User must click the Print link to be redirected to the
next page
3. Can not put the code to the textbox onblur or
ontextchanged event
4.The application has restrictions and must use the
following code redirect to the new page.
<asp:hyperlink id="AnchorLink" Text="Print"
NavigateUrl = "test.aspx?id=" &
System.Web.HttpUtility.UrlEncode(textbox.Text)
runat=server/>

Please provide correct syntax.

Thank you.
