I want do develop a control from UI.Control instead using WebControls,
becouse i dont need all the properties in design time; the only I need is
the inline style ( POSITION:ABSOLUTE; TOP: nn px; LEFT: nn px),
to allow my control to be absolute positioned during design time.

What I have to implement or how I can intercept the mouse drag?

Thanks.
