Refreshing the AuthorizationStoreRoleProvider cache

What's the easiest way for me to programmatically ask the
AuthorizationStoreRoleProvider created by ASP.Net to refresh its cache?

What should a user of my web application do if they want to immediately
update the cache when they are using an AzMan XML store? I'm assuming they
don't want to wait for the cache refresh interval.
