1. I got this following error:

********************
Configuration Error

Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file
required to service this request. Please review the specific error details
below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Error reading the password from the registry.

Source Error:

Line 45: -->
Line 46: <authentication mode="Windows"/>
Line 47: <identity impersonate="true"
Line 48:
userName="registry:HKLM\SOFTWARE\my1DotNetAPP\mySi te\Identity\ASPNET_SETREG,
userName"
Line 49:
password="registry:HKLM\SOFTWARE\my1DotNetAPP\mySi te\Identity\ASPNET_SETREG,
password"/>
*********************

2. To get around, I have to modify the "machine.config" file to include
lines # 48 and 49 in the "ProcessModel" key.

Note: I do not want to Impersonate the entire "machine", I just need to
impersonate a few sites by using the web.config file only for each site. I
set the appropriate accesses to my impersonate account. My goal is to leave
the "machine.config" the way it was setup (lock down mode), then manipulate
the "web.config" file assigned to each web site within the same server.

Thanks for your help,

John
