hi everyone,

i am trying to build a web application, that will have users that will
have customizable access rights. Those access rights can be, for
example, to be allowed to see the rows between 30 and 50 in a db
table. every user may have a different access level, so it is hard to
solve this problem using role-based security. Maybe the role-based
security can be a part of the system to build the default screens and
initial security levels.

It would be very helpful if you know an articel about this subject or
if you have an idea.
