404 Error

Hi every bodi, I am experimenting the 404 error when I
try to create or open a ASP.NET project in both ways file
share o front page server extensions, I alredy check the
IIS settings, but nothing appears bad (to me), somebody
can help me?, Thanks a lot one more time.
