Creating custom Watch window in ASP.Net

In a running .NET app (ASP.NET or a Winforms or service app), I want to
capture the "snapshot" of all objects in the app's memory and display
details of these objects. Details should include Type, Count (how many
instances), memory consumed, cross-references among other objects.
The display should also allow for viewing of members/properties, functions,
contained in each object, similar to the "Watch" window objects' tree
control while debugging in Visual Studio.Net
