For Opera and others, try this a a replacement:

#content3 { padding-top: 15px; float: left; margin-bottom: 10px;
-moz-transform: matrix(1, -.01, -0.05, 1, 1em, 0);
-webkit-transform: matrix(1, -.01, -0.05, 1, 20, 0);
-o-transform: matrix(1, -.01, -0.05, 1, 20, 0);
-ms-transform: matrix(1, -.01, -0.05, 1, 20, 0);
transform: matrix(1, -.01, -0.05, 1, 20, 0);
}
