This appears to be a modern flv/swf video where the flv is the video
information and swf is a container file that may include many player
options for style of player, links, text, icons, etc. When you call
the swf file, the server automatically starts downloading the flv file
to a temporary cache on your computer, so the flv need not be
mentioned in the page source code. You need the flv file, and some
programs will find and download the flv. A recent Real player will do
this. However if you try this on the page of interest to you, the Real
player gives a message that this clip is not downloadble from this
site. Either the flv is protected, or the swf is so complicated with
other links, etc. that the Real player downloader will not work. There
could be some other flv downloader that would work. Once you have the
flv, then you need a flash video encoder that will accept a flv as
input and allow you to write your own swf container file at the same
time. The output is both a flv and a swf container file that should be
in the same directory on your server. Once you have this set up, then
you can write a page that embeds the video.

Sites that want you to embed there video, such as YouTube, supply
simple code to do so. If such code is not provided, you often have to
jump through hoops as described above.
