Making Background of an image control transparent to view designed Gif

I have put an WebForms.Image Control in my projec
Set the BackColor & BorderColor to Transparen
I have designed an image in theImage.aspx file of my projec
& use MakeTransparent method to make it transparen
after that resonse it with Gif forma
then set the ImageUrl property of the image control to theImage.aspx

But I haven't seen this designed graphic , transparent

I'll put the complete SourceCode here please help me
