Kapities new Freeview channels causing problems.

Some people are having problems tuning into the new channels due to the
fact they Have a VCR that is fitted with a UHF Modulator that is
inferring with the New lower frequency Freeview channels.

You have to try and return that VCR modulator down to say CH20.

CH20 is in the licensed RT band in NZ, so no, you should not tune it
down to there if you actually want to use it. just split the antenna
before the VCR, or else just chuck it out where it belongs.
