wired and wireless....possible?

ok so i live in an apartment with a 6mb/s connection hardwired.....

i myself have purchased internet from comcast 18mb/s i use wireless

is there a way to use both of these connections wireless and ethernet at the same time to have higher speeds for things such as downloading torrents...

im using win7

im not to sure have you tryed usning a wirless modem like plugging the hard wire into the wireless then tryin to make both connections run through 1 wireless connection that may be possable
