Since Xtra rarely knows when there's a system issue and, if there is
one, it's rarely notified on the network status that's funny.

So who is an Xtra customer supposed to contact if they suspect an
supposed Xtra email is not genuine. The tooth fairy?

No, but they take so long to answer I would probably still be on the end of
the phone.
I haven't phoned them since Yahoo took them over.

I ask here. Somebody will know and kindly tell me.
But my emails usually start an argumentative thread with technical stuff way
above my head.

The only thing I'd criticise her on is not phoning Xtra's helpdesk to
ask them. IMO having to wait for them to answer is not a valid reason
to refuse to ask them first.
