Computer Won't Boot Anything

-I was installing a driver for my graphics card and my pc lost connection to my TV ( it does that frequently). So, I turned of my PC and now it won't boot up. I tried to boot from the hard drive, a USB, and a CD and it just get's stuck on a black screen with a blinking cursor.
-I have a hp pavilion
*nvidia 9800gt
*8gb ddr2 ram
*amd phenom II 3.0ghz x4
*750gb seagate hardrive

Does anyone have a solution for this? or is my motherboard done?
