Cant get my computer to recognize my second hard drive(internal)

I conected a second hard drive in my pc but when i go to my computer it doesent show up.I have done this before a few times but its been years sence I have messed around with a computer.(Feel stupid).Anyways I set the jumpers and conected the drives the right way.What am I doing wrong.I am sure its something stupid.
