I just tossed this code together to show you one way of doing it using an
unordered list arrangement.

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">

<html>

<head>
<title></title>
<style type="text/css">

ul { margin:5px; padding:5px; list-style-type:none; clear:left; }
img { height:100px; width:100px; }
li {
width:200px;
margin:10px;
border:solid 2px #00f;
float:left; }

</style>
</head>

<body>

<div>

<ul>

Come up with your own solutions for relationship, technical, and general
problems,
concerns, and ideas. It's free, takes one minute to learn and can be
remarkably powerful.</li>

</ul>

</div>

</body>
