It doesnt work properly. Something messed up an configuration.

MSDN downloaded: Windows 7 enterprise x64, on Asus crosshair with 7,5
overall score as std. fab def.

Dont seem to be a virus or a malware causing this, sys internals,
antivirus, forensic tools, says everything is pretty much ok.

Do anyone have a proper link to like to take control over this and
cope with that language stuff in windows ?
