Sipgate & X-Lite 4 for Mac

Can anyone here give me tips on configuring X-Lite v4 for Mac (build
58833) to use with Sipgate (Mac OS 10.6.4, Netgear DG834PN)
I get a server error 403 when I try to log on.

I began with the guide at
https://secure.sipgate.co.uk/user/co...w_conf=x-lite4
but the populated screens I get when I enter user details differ
slightly from what I see here -- mainly the 'Topology ' screen.

The options to check on the (Windows?) Topology panel on the web page
seem more straightforward than what I have here:
Check: discover global address
Check: use this server: stun.sipgate.net
Check: Enable ICE

On the Mac Topology panel I have the choice of 4 radio buttons:
- Auto-detect (ICE, recommended)
- Discover public IP address (STUN)
- Use media relay (TURN)
- None (use my local IP address)

Which of the 4 should I select?
Version 3 works fine for me with the same router but does not run with
the latest OS.
TIA for any help.
(I can post a log if that helps.)
