Question 1: "How do you get a music video from iTunes to Windows Movie Maker?"
Question 2: "How can I use a song i bought in itunes in a windows movie maker project?"

Answer: iTunes movies and songs are protected by DRM, if you want to import them into Windows Movie Maker, you need to remove the DRM protection firstly, then convert them to AVI, WMV, MPG, MP3, WMA, etc compatible with Windows Movie Maker, here is a guide shows you how to convert DRM video and audio to regular video and audio formats with Media Converter(

Step 1: Download and install the DRM Removal Tool(

Step 2: Run the software and click "Add Video" button to load WMA or M4A, M4B, AAC, WMV, M4P, M4V, ASF files

Step 3: Choose output formats. If you want to convert protected audio files, please select "Audio files to" list; If you want to convert protected video files, please select "Video files to" list.

Step 4: Start remove DRM and convert your DRM protected music and videos by click "Start" button.

Tips: You can click "Settings" button to custom preference for output files.

If you still want to convert other common video/audio even HD video you can choose Media Converter Pro( because Media Converter only support DRM audio and DRM video.

Step 5: Import the converted movies or songs into Windows Movie Maker
Run Windows Movie Maker, click on "File". Then click on "Import". A window will appear. In the window, navigate to the video or audio you converted just now. Then double click on the file. You'll see the icon for the file in your Windows Movie Maker "Collections", and then you can start to make personal movies.

If you only want to remove DRM protection from your protected music, this method will not spend your money.

Step 1: Burn your protected music files to CD-R/RW disc to make an audio CD
Step 2: Find a free CD Ripper software to convert the audio CD track back to MP3, WAV, WMA, M4A, AAC, RA…
