Writing a Dimdows management tool is hard. So why not â€œcrowdsourceâ€ it? Let
the users rate each file as â€œgoodâ€, â€œbadâ€ or â€œoptionalâ€, and do your system
maintenance on that basis!

I have to wonder if this isnâ€™t a parody...
