Bios issue

On mt most recent startup on another computer my logon window came up, but my keyboard did not work to type in my password. I rebooted and entered bios page. Under the peripherals tab it read that my keyboard was disabled. I can view all the tabs and the details but i can make no changes. I am now trying to reset the bios, but i am not confident that i will be able to make the necessary changes. Has any one got ideas on what i can do to fix my bios?
