xmodem fail,stuck after transferring

It's a Cisco 3620 router with 16M*4 DRAM,16MB+8MB Flash SIMM

Boot:
PCMCIA Slot1: No Card Present

after transfer is complete,nothing shows up so I restart the router

c3620-ik9o3s6-mz.123-26.bin is 16.3MB and c3620-ik9o3s7-mz.123-22.bin
is 14.4MB ,and I have one 8MB and one 16MB Flash SIMM installed.Will
it work this way?or something else is wrong?
