Depends on your test equipment, it takes a lot of resource to generate
this amount of traffic, you must use something like a JDSU tester that
is specialised hardware for 10Gb ethernet testing.

Personally I wouldn't be concerned about the difference between 9.3
and 9.05..

It could be as simple as a difference in definition of "giga"...

Is it 1000^3 or 1000^2*1024 or 1000*1024^2? You never know...
