Kodak joins Nokia in going after Apple for patent infringement
<http://www.theregister.co.uk/2010/02/18/apple_itc_again/>. They’re not just
pursuing a lawsuit through the courts, they’re also making use of this
wonderful US government instrument known as the “International Trade
Commission”. This can pass down legally-binding decisions, except it’s not a
court, so it doesn’t have to go through all that “due process” malarkey.
Just get them on your side, and your opponent is toast.
