And Microsoft has a problem in some countries especially those rated
with the least corruption (eg Norway, New Zealand etc). They cannot
so readily send in the 'Goon Squad' to deal with miscreants as
Microsoft was able to do in Massachusetts.
Oh! and who was it who told little fibs about OOXML not containing
patent encumbered features.
