Can't set correct FXS/FXO impedance for UK on SPA3102

HI all
I have a SPA3102 with the latest firmware 5.1.10 amd I am trying to configure it for use on BT.

Various references I have found say that the FXS and FXO port impedance should be set to 370+620||310nF, though I note that BT SIN 346 (ADSL Spec) says 320+1050||320nF for voice terminals.

Regardless of either, I do not have either of these as an option in the drop-down list in Regional or PSTN Line settings screen.

Can anybody help with this?
