Wordpress-related html coding issue - garbled display in IE7

I have a side gig updating the information on a web site for a comedy club.

All I do is update the site. I didn't create it nor do I manipulate any
of the html or css code. I just insert updated info inside the tags.

The problem is that the Calendar page displays fine in Mozilla Firefox
and IE8, but the display is garbled if you access the site in IE7. I
didn't become aware of it until two weeks ago, when someone told the
club owner. The guy who designed the side is incommunicado.

The site was created with Wordpress.

Is there a Wordpress plugin that could resolve this issue? Or is there
something off about the site code? I'd appreciate it if someone could
take a look at the page source. Here's the site URL:

www.comedycaravan.com

Thanks in advance.

The W3C validator (validator.w3.org) shows 111 errors and 3 warnings on the
base page, 93 errors and 2 warnings on the calendar page.

I think I'd start with those.

Oh, great stuff! Thanks a bunch. I'll get on it right away.

In addition to cleaning up the markup, you might as well upgrade
WordPress. Currently the site is running v. 2.8.4 and the latest version
is 2.9.

Is that known to clear up display issues with older versions of IE?
