Sipgate dropping incoming calls after 2-3 mins

Its happening again, this has been good for months, but yesterday an
incoming call came in, and was dropped after 2min 54 sec. No reason at all.
Internet good, no drops. No NAT issues no port issues.

Very odd indeed

Using a Draytek 2820
