OK. Already tried this:-

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315346

No joy.

Anyone got any further ideas?

Note, the laptop in question has been secured using Microsofts
recommendations for security.

Which of the Microsoft recommendations for security have been applied
to that laptop in question?

The first one or one of the later ones? The *first* post in the last year
is:

There is a total of 18 threads consisting of 42 posts by her going back to
September 11th. They all see to be about a simular problem judging by the
subjects.
