Failures in functionality, inadequate logging, and, would you believe,
vulnerabilities in the products themselves? Hard to believe this quote:
“It’s relatively recent that developers are starting to think like
attackers”. I mean, these are developers of security products we’re talking
about!

Looks like yet another case of the market-for-lemons effect
